Yoga for beginners (and improvers) does not necessarily have to be slow and easy. This challenging class is designed to help students establish and further develop a strong foundation for dynamic vinyasa and power yoga practice. Expect a break down of different key poses in each class, where you can ask questions, applied to a fast-paced yoga practice.
This class is great for beginners who want to learn the basics in order to join any open-level yoga class confidently, and improvers who want to unlearn “bad habits" and relearn proper alignment as you progress into more advanced practice.
Start your week right, moving through a grounding Vinyasa class before slowing right down for a guided meditation.
Class will focus on the link between our breath and movement, and seeking a deeper connection between the mind, body and earth beneath us.
We may also explore various traditional pranayama techniques to lead us into a deeper state of meditation.
A slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on opening the connective tissue such as ligament and bone.
It also targets the joints that in ways that are rarely found in dynamic yoga practices such as yang and muscular. Not to be mistaken for blissful Restorative yoga, it’s far more challenging on a physical, emotional and mental level – but the deep release is well worth it. Open to all levels.
Restorative Yoga. The yoga of being with very little doing. Grab a bolster or some pillows and let's float into bliss. (May cause dribbling!)
If you’ve opted for a Strong yoga class, it’s a safe bet you will liberally perspire at some point! Come along to build muscle, strength, connection and raise your heart rate. Not suitable for complete beginners.
For expectant mothers with no yoga experience as well as pregnant yogis looking to modify their practice and allow for changes in the body.
Whether you’re looking for a more comfortable pregnancy, hoping for an improved labour, or looking to keep strengthening and moving throughout your term, you’re welcome here. We do ask and recommend that you begin practising after 16 weeks, in order to protect the baby and allow for the rapid changes in the body to take effect.
Considered flowing movements that link, build and follow the natural rhythm of your breath, exploring ease, fluidity and the downright juiciness of your practice.
Open to everybody, we’ll help you tailor your flow to your own mat.
A form of dynamic vinyasa with its roots in classical yoga. This class will build heat and strength in the body through an ever-changing series of postures- sun salutations, standing poses, balances, twists- you name it! Designed to quieten the mind and create a deeper sense of embodiment, power yoga is suitable for all levels of practitioner- especially those willing to work up a sweat! Expect emphasis on breathe and alignment, as you move with intention and focus.
A fast-paced, unique flow to it that is unlike any other yoga practice in the world. Instead of pushing you to learn the poses and adapt to the flow of the instructor, rocket yoga encourages you to create your own interpretations of the classic asana poses.

Yang to Yin starts with heat and challenge and settles you into down-regulating sequence of longer held poses. This 75 minute class covers all bases and will set you up for the weekend
Simply put, a sound bath is an opportunity for deep relaxation. The various instruments used help the brain to move into an enhanced meditative state by stimulating the alpha and theta brainwaves associated with feelings of peace and clarity.
When the mind in in this state the body's natural healing mechanisms are activated and enhanced, which creates space for any stagnant mental or emotional energy to be released from the body.
You might stay awake for the duration, or you might drift off and have incredible visions or dreams! Either way you’ll leave feeling quietly fantastic.
A more specifically targeted flexibility class to target deep hip flexor and shoulder mobility.
Looking at breath-work, drills, and sequences that will allow you to find yourself moving deeper into shapes without force. Honing in on your individual exhale and how that matches the intensity.
Over the weeks we will explore middle splits, pancake, front splits, shoulder openers and forward folds.
This class focusses on improving your mobility and flexibility of the lower body. Throughout the session you’ll lengthen and strengthen through the hamstrings, glutes and quads and enjoy a big release through the hips. Expect lots of playful and creative drills, spicy strength work and active & passive stretches.
It’s suitable for all levels whether your aim is to touch your toes or get into the splits.
It crosses over nicely with yoga, hand balancing, strength and mixed movement classes and you’ll walk out feeling a couple inches taller!
Handstands are a unique combination between strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and control. In classes the teacher will work on refining the basics first. These classes can help you progress in your hand balance practice and if your goal is to progress into more advanced exercise at a later stage - you are safe in his hands. Expect compression drills, technical expertise and building blocks to pave your journey to handstand.
Get upside down! Inversions are more than just a great way to show off to your mates outside the pub, you know.
They teach us so much body awareness, build strength and focus, give us enormous confidence, not to mention the many therapeutic benefits. In flight school you will warm up thoroughly, each sequence preparing the body for what’s to come. Not for complete beginners, but all levels are welcome
A more dynamic practice where mixed movement meets asana to expand on movement vocabulary and develop flow. An interdisciplinary approach that incorporates floorwork, yoga, functional range conditioning and mobilisation to promote longevity of your practice to build upon strength and skill acquisition. This class will leave you feeling energised and relaxed.
This Level 1/ 2 class may include pranayama, inversions, and arm balances. Not suitable for complete beginners
Taking influence from Ballet, Pilates and Yoga, Panorama Barre is a low-impact strength and endurance workout.
Expect lots of small, precise movements and holding postures to achieve a deep burn that will get you shaking in the best way. These classes will leave you feeling energised, recalibrated and worked from head to toe.
This class is based on principles that draw inspiration from callisthenics, gymnastic drills, and mobility + flexibility exercises. You will learn how to use your body weight to develop your strength as well as multiple skills such as handstands, pistol squats, pulls ups and splits. In these classes, you’ll increase your endurance, body awareness and learn how to have more control at your end range of motion. It is a great class to support your yoga practice and help you feel empowered as you move.
The classes are structured for both complete beginners and experienced practitioners
Using gymnastic rings, parallettes and the floor to build strength, mobility, coordination and physical awareness.
We’ll cover gymnastic progressions to get you comfortable with controlling your bodyweight and learning new skills. The progressions are tailored for all levels.

Pilates emphasises the development of deep core strength, followed by areas that a typical yoga practise may overlook, including the back, gluteal and hamstring muscles. Pilates allows for repetitive movements and it can be a very demanding practice. It’s the perfect complement to a Dynamic yoga practice and calisthenics – combined, you’ll be whipped into shape in no time.
If Vinyasa yoga and Pilates had a baby - you'd end up with tone and flow. A pilates-inspired, full-body workout! Expect to sweat and feel a sizzle and follow with a flowing cool down.
Tone & Flow classes focus on building holistic strength through an addictive combination of mat-based High-Intensity Training, Pilates and Yoga. Each sequence is created to push your endurance and connect you to your inner strength. This 75 Minute class will focus on dynamic movements to strengthen and tone all muscle groups, with a side of cardio for good measure! The class ends with a 10-15 minute melt & stretch session leaving you feeling energised and refreshed.

This is our signature class, where you will learn the fundamentals of Calisthenics.
In this class we focus on movements like Pull Ups, Dips, Push Ups, Rows and fundamental core movements needed to give you a strong foundation in Calisthenics.
This class is designed to follow on from our Reps Kulture - Beginners class. Suitable for more advanced students, this class includes higher reps, and complex sets and will introduce you to some more advanced skills.
