A more dynamic practice where mixed movement meets asana to expand on movement vocabulary and develop flow. An interdisciplinary approach that incorporates floorwork, yoga, functional range conditioning and mobilisation to promote longevity of your practice to build upon strength and skill acquisition. This class will leave you feeling energised and relaxed. This Level 1/ 2 class may include pranayama, inversions, and arm balances. Not suitable for complete beginners
