For expectant mothers with no yoga experience as well as pregnant yogis looking to modify their practice and allow for the changes in the body. Whether you’re looking for a more comfortable pregnancy, hoping for an improved labour, or looking to keep strengthening and moving throughout your term, you’re welcome here.
We do ask and recommend that you begin practising after 16 weeks, in order to protect the baby and allow for the rapid changes in the body to take effect.
