Yoga Foundations 60
Yoga for beginners (and improvers) does not necessarily have to be slow and easy. This challenging class is designed to help students establish and further develop a strong foundation for dynamic vinyasa and power yoga practice. Expect a break down of different key poses in each class, where you can ask questions, applied to a fast-paced yoga practice.
This class is great for beginners who want to learn the basics in order to join any open-level yoga class confidently, and improvers who want to unlearn “bad habits" and relearn proper alignment as you progress into more advanced practice.
Yoga + Meditation 60
Start your week right, moving through a grounding Vinyasa class before slowing right down for a guided meditation.
Class will focus on the link between our breath and movement, and seeking a deeper connection between the mind, body and earth beneath us.
We may also explore various traditional pranayama techniques to lead us into a deeper state of meditation.
Yin Yoga 60
A slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on opening the connective tissue such as ligament and bone.
It also targets the joints that in ways that are rarely found in dynamic yoga practices such as yang and muscular. Not to be mistaken for blissful Restorative yoga, it’s far more challenging on a physical, emotional and mental level – but the deep release is well worth it. Open to all levels.
Restorative Yoga 60
Restorative Yoga. The yoga of being with very little doing. Grab a bolster or some pillows and let's float into bliss. (May cause dribbling!)
Dynamic Yoga 60
If you’ve opted for a Strong yoga class, it’s a safe bet you will liberally perspire at some point! Come along to build muscle, strength, connection and raise your heart rate. Not suitable for complete beginners.
Pregnancy Yoga 75
For expectant mothers with no yoga experience as well as pregnant yogis looking to modify their practice and allow for changes in the body.
Whether you’re looking for a more comfortable pregnancy, hoping for an improved labour, or looking to keep strengthening and moving throughout your term, you’re welcome here. We do ask and recommend that you begin practising after 16 weeks, in order to protect the baby and allow for the rapid changes in the body to take effect.
Flow Yoga 60
Considered flowing movements that link, build and follow the natural rhythm of your breath, exploring ease, fluidity and the downright juiciness of your practice.
Open to everybody, we’ll help you tailor your flow to your own mat.
Power Yoga 60
A form of dynamic vinyasa with its roots in classical yoga. This class will build heat and strength in the body through an ever-changing series of postures- sun salutations, standing poses, balances, twists- you name it! Designed to quieten the mind and create a deeper sense of embodiment, power yoga is suitable for all levels of practitioner- especially those willing to work up a sweat! Expect emphasis on breathe and alignment, as you move with intention and focus.
Rocket Yoga 60
A fast-paced, unique flow to it that is unlike any other yoga practice in the world. Instead of pushing you to learn the poses and adapt to the flow of the instructor, rocket yoga encourages you to create your own interpretations of the classic asana poses.

Candlelit Yin 60

Yang to Yin 75
Yang to Yin starts with heat and challenge and settles you into down-regulating sequence of longer held poses. This 75 minute class covers all bases and will set you up for the weekend
Sound Bath 60
Simply put, a sound bath is an opportunity for deep relaxation. The various instruments used help the brain to move into an enhanced meditative state by stimulating the alpha and theta brainwaves associated with feelings of peace and clarity.
When the mind in in this state the body's natural healing mechanisms are activated and enhanced, which creates space for any stagnant mental or emotional energy to be released from the body.
You might stay awake for the duration, or you might drift off and have incredible visions or dreams! Either way you’ll leave feeling quietly fantastic.
