Advanced Asana

A class tailored towards intermediate/experienced yoga and movement practitioners who are comfortable trying out more challenging shapes and transitions. This class will be a workshop style flow that incorporates strength drills, expansive movement patterns and challenging transitions & postures. It is an opportunity to ‘grow your flow’, ask questions, be playful and discover your own path in a more informal and communal setting. Advanced asana will also cover the development of subtle body awareness and interception through the practice of pranayama and meditation, and not just focus on the physical.
