Handstand Open Level 60

Handstands are a unique combination between strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and control. In classes the teacher will work on refining the basics first. These classes can help you progress in your hand balance practise and if your goal is to progressing into more advanced exercise on a later stage - you are safe in his hands. Expect compression drills, technical expertise and building blocks to pave your journey to handstand.
