Bodyweight Strength and Skills
This class is based on principles that draw inspiration from calisthenics, gymnastic drills, mobility + flexibility exercises. You will learn how to use your bodyweight to develop your strength as well as multiple skills such as handstands, pistol squats, pulls ups and splits. In these classes you’ll increase your endurance, body awareness and learn how to have more control at your end range of motion. It is a great class to support your yoga practice and help you feel empowered as you move. The classes are structured for both complete beginners and experienced practitioners.
