Taking influence from Ballet, Pilates and Yoga, Panorama Barre is a low-impact strength and endurance workout where the movement is driven by Olivia's own mixes of underground club music. Expect lots of small, precise movements and holding postures to achieve a deep burn that will get you shaking in the best way.
