Lower Body Flexibility and Conditioning

This class focuses on improving your mobility and flexibility of the lower body. Throughout the session, you’ll lengthen and strengthen the hamstrings, glutes and quads and enjoy a big release through the hips. Expect lots of playful and creative drills, spicy strength work and active & passive stretches. It’s suitable for all levels whether your aim is to touch your toes or get into the splits. It crosses over nicely with yoga, hand balancing, strength and mixed movement classes and you’ll walk out feeling a couple inches taller!
